Product information
Hydrangea paniculata ‘Skyfall’ catches the eye with its huge flower panicles. They open creamy white in midsummer. Then they shift to deep pink. This two-tone display lasts into autumn. The flowers sit above bright green leaves. We grow this compact form here at Tandee & Van den Berk Nurseries in Thurning.
This hydrangea reaches 1 to 1.5 metres tall and wide. It forms a neat, rounded bush. Plant in fertile, well-drained soil. It copes with full sun or partial shade. RHS sources confirm it thrives in most garden soils. Avoid waterlogged spots.
Prune hard in late winter for best flowers. Cut back to a framework of strong shoots. It fits small gardens or containers. Use in mixed borders too. Reliable performer in our UK climate.
