Product information

‘Robin Hill’ is a narrowly upright form of tree-form amelanchier, bred for a tighter silhouette than the usual spreading kinds. Pink buds open to masses of pure white flowers in mid-spring, just as the bronze-tinted young leaves emerge.

Leaves mature to fresh green through summer, then fire up to a brilliant mix of orange, scarlet and red in autumn. Small purple-black edible berries follow the flowers, loved by birds.

It reaches around 6 to 7m tall with a narrow upright crown around 3m wide, so it fits tight spaces. Plant in moist, well-drained soil in full sun to partial shade.

A cracking small specimen tree for a front garden, driveway, or anywhere a narrow tree with four seasons of interest is needed.
