Product information
At Tandee & Van den Berk Nurseries, Cytisus ‘La Coquette’ stands out for its elegant late spring display. Creamy-white pea-like flowers cover the upright stems. They draw bees to our Thurning ground each year.
This compact broom grows to 1.5m tall and wide. It forms a rounded, arching habit. Plant in well-drained, neutral to acid soil. Full sun suits it best. It copes with poor soils once established.
Prune lightly after flowering to keep shape. It fits cottage borders, gravel gardens, or large containers. Drought tolerant, low maintenance. We’ve grown this reliable performer for years.
