Product information
‘Koi’ is a compact geum with luminous bright orange cup-shaped flowers, each with a gold central eye. The blooms rise on tall slender stems above a low mound of medium green, toothed foliage, and they keep coming from late spring right through to late summer.
The foliage stays very low, around 15cm tall, with the flower stems reaching up to 25cm. Clump-forming and non-invasive.
Full sun or partial shade, in moist but well-drained soil. Bees and butterflies find the 2-inch flowers irresistible. Brilliant at the front of a border, in a rockery, or at the edge of a path.
