Product information
‘Feelin Blue’ is one of the lowest-growing dwarf Deodar cedars, with distinctly blue-green needles held on long arching pendulous branches. The plant grows more wide than tall, sprawling across the ground in a graceful low mound.
Reaches around 1.5m tall and 2 to 3m wide at maturity, though young plants can be trained up a stake to create a narrow weeping tree if vertical height is needed. Rarely develops a leader naturally.
Plant in full sun to bright shade in well-drained soil. Drought-tolerant once established, prefers to stay on the drier side in summer. Minimal pruning.
A cracking specimen for a rock garden, a gravel bed, a large container, or sprawling over a retaining wall.
