Product information
‘Karmina’ is a vigorous, semi-evergreen mat-forming hardy geranium. Masses of carmine-red flowers open from dark red buds in early and mid-summer, held above a low carpet of aromatic, rounded lobed leaves.
It reaches around 20 to 30cm tall, spreading widely — brilliant as weed-suppressing groundcover under roses and shrubs, or along a path edge.
Full sun or partial shade, any well-drained soil. Very easy, long-lived, and low-maintenance. The leaves take on red tints in winter for extra seasonal interest.
