‘Legendary Blue’ delivers the classic lupin silhouette in deep, rich blue. Dense, pea-like flower spikes rise on sturdy stems above palm-shaped blue-green foliage.
Vigorous and upright, reaching around 0.5 to 1 metre. The Legendary series was bred for good garden performance and strong stem strength, so they stand up to summer weather better than some older lupin strains.
Plant in full sun in any reasonable, moist but well-drained soil. Slug protection in spring pays off. Deadhead after the main flush for a lighter second showing.
