Vinca minor ‘Illumination’

Vinca minor ‘Illumination’ stands out with its vivid golden foliage that holds colour through the seasons. Lavender-blue flowers emerge in spring, adding a gentle contrast. We grow this in our Thurning nursery for reliable cover in tough spots.

This low-growing evergreen spreads to 0.5m high and 1m wide. It forms dense mats via rooting stems. Prefers moist but well-drained soil in partial to full shade. Tolerates dry shade once established.

Keep weed-free while young. Cut back lightly after flowering if needed. Suits woodland edges, banks or containers. Drought tolerant in time. A solid choice from our shrub beds.
