Product information

‘Jolly Jewel Red’ is part of the Jolly Jewels series, bred from the ashy cranesbill (Geranium cinereum) for compact growth, long flowering and vivid colours. This one carries masses of cup-shaped, red-pink flowers with darker veining, held over mounded rosettes of deeply lobed grey-green leaves.

Plants stay small, around 15 to 20cm tall and a little wider, flowering from late spring right through into early autumn.

Plant in moist but well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. Perfect for a rockery, the front of a sunny border, or tucked into a gravel bed. Deadhead spent flowers to keep the show going.

A firm favourite for front-of-border planting and pots, where the long flowering earns its keep all summer.
