Euonymus japonicus ‘Extravaganza’

Euonymus japonicus ‘Extravaganza’ catches the eye with its striking foliage. Each leaf features a bold pink centre edged in creamy white and green. This variegation holds through the seasons at our Thurning nursery. It adds reliable colour where summer flowers fade.

Grows to 1m tall and wide with a dense, rounded habit. Prefers fertile, well-drained soil in full sun to partial shade. Tolerates most garden conditions, including coastal sites. Slow to moderate growth suits smaller spaces.

Water regularly when young. Trim lightly after new growth to shape. Fits front borders, hedging or containers. We’ve grown this compact gem for years in our shrub beds.
