Hypericum ‘Radiance’

Hypericum ‘Radiance’ catches the eye with clusters of cup-shaped, golden-yellow flowers in midsummer. Each bloom has prominent stamens that draw pollinators to the garden. The flowers keep coming for weeks, followed by attractive berries that brighten autumn days at our Thurning nursery.

This shrub grows to 1m tall and wide with a bushy, rounded habit. It thrives in moist but well-drained soil. Plant in full sun or partial shade for best flowering. We’ve found it settles quickly in our heavy clay soils here near Peterborough.

Prune lightly after flowering to shape. It suits mixed borders, front of shrubberies or containers. Tough against drought once established, it brings reliable colour through the seasons.
