This Weigela stands out with its tricolour foliage. Cream margins surround green centres, flushed pink on new growth. Pink trumpet flowers emerge in clusters during late spring. The combination keeps it looking fresh through the seasons.
Weigela florida ‘Camouflage’ grows to 1-1.5m tall and wide. It forms a rounded, bushy habit. Plant in fertile, well-drained soil. Full sun to partial shade suits it best. From our Thurning grounds, these are hardy to -15°C.
Prune lightly after flowering to shape. Mulch in spring for moisture. It fits mixed borders, front of shrubberies or containers. Low maintenance once established.
