Product information
The Colourburst series gives you all the long-flowering charm of a Cape fuchsia in a neat, bushy plant. ‘Rose’ hangs sprays of slender tubular flowers in a soft rose-pink, each with a yellow throat, dangling from upright dark stems.
It makes a rounded mound of around 50 to 60cm, perfect for a sunny border or a roomy pot. Plant in full sun or light shade in well-drained soil. It is drought-tolerant once settled and flowers without a pause from early summer into autumn.
Snip off the faded sprays to encourage more. Semi-evergreen and fairly hardy, it may die back in a hard winter, so just cut it to the base in spring and it returns. A magnet for bees right through the season.
