Product information
‘Kahori’ is a border carnation with a long season. Rosy-pink flowers with darker pink eyes sit above a tidy mound of silvery-green foliage, and they keep coming right through summer if you deadhead regularly.
It reaches around 20 to 30cm, staying compact and upright. The name comes from the Japanese for fragrance — the blooms carry a classic clove scent.
Full sun in sharp-draining, preferably alkaline soil. Hates sitting wet. Brilliant for the front of a border, a raised bed, or a sunny patio pot.
