Product information
‘Vivid Violet’ is a compact scabious that really earns its name. The flowers are a bright, glowing violet-pink, held well above a low mound of finely divided foliage, and they keep coming from late spring right through to the first frosts.
It reaches around 30 to 40cm and spreads a little wider. Good at the front of a border, along a path, or tucked into a container scheme.
Full sun and average, well-drained soil. Regular deadheading really does keep it going — this one rewards a walk round the border with secateurs.
