Product information
Geranium sanguineum is one of the toughest and longest-flowering hardy geraniums. The vivid magenta-pink flowers with darker veining cover the plant from June through August, and the deeply divided foliage turns lovely shades of red in autumn.
A bushy, spreading, rhizomatous perennial reaching around 20cm tall with a wider spread. Forms a neat mound over time, good as groundcover or at the front of a border.
Full sun or partial shade, any reasonable, well-drained soil. Very drought-tolerant once established. Deadhead to keep flowering, or leave it to self-seed gently.
